Born and Raised in Fayetteville North Carolina. Ricky Evans has been a licensed real estate agent since 2020. Utilizing his various skills learned in trades such as framing homes, drywall and painting, electrician, and flooring installation, Ricky uses his knowledge acquired from these fields of work to help his clients buy and sell in the Fayetteville area by being an expert on home construction and improvements.

Ricky's younger years include playing recreational sports for the Hope Mills Youth Association in which he played Baseball, Football, Soccer, and Basketball. Ricky attended Cumberland Mills Elementary School on Hope Mills Rd until the fifth grade. At Douglas Byrd Middle School Ricky played soccer both years and also wrestled both years and captained both teams his 8th grade year. In his High School career, Ricky attended Jack Britt High School where he was a member of the Videography club in which he filmed various events around the school including the home and away football games and was a member of the Varsity Wrestling Team all 4 years and a captain of the team his senior season as well.

Ricky is a Husband to wife Brittany, who owns a Children's clothing boutique called "The Trendy Unicorn" which is an internet based business. Ricky And Brittany have 2 children, Briella and Nathaniel who both attend Riverside Christian Academy in Fayetteville.

After the Covid crisis hit, Ricky was forced to change careers. Following a dream of his, he got into Real Estate following in the footsteps of his grandmother who is a licensed agent in South Carolina.

Prior to joining Exit Realty Preferred, Ricky Helped 11 families buy and sell their homes, including one beautiful home for 1,495,000 located in Aberdeen, NC. Ricky has helped clients and shown homes in Cumberland, Hoke, Harnett, Richmond, Robeson, Scotland, Bladen, Sampson, Lee, Chatham, and Durham counties.
