A longtime resident of Parkton, North Carolina, Dixie sells residential properties in the Fayetteville, Raeford, Fort Bragg and surrounding areas.
Specializing in Military Relocation first time homebuyers and listings, I have the expertise necessary to assist my clients as they realize their real estate goals. I take great pride and specialize in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments.
I believe education is paramount to exceeding my client’s expectations; to that end, I have advanced my real estate education earning the Military Relocation designation.
Success in the business takes hard work and I have had the honor of earning several awards throughout her career including, agent of the month several times and agent of the year.
I am a member of the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors® FRAR, the North Carolina Association of Realtors® NCAR, and National Association of Realtors®, NAR, in addition to the Fayetteville multiple listing service.
Dixie helps the community by volunteering at local food banks, PTF vice president and director of family activities at Fayetteville Christian School, and donating to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $200 million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat homes.
I understand the stress and hassles involved in the buying, selling and relocation process and I strive to alleviate these concerns for my clients as much as possible. To that end, in January of 2023 I created the Mabelle Team, this allows me to spend more time focusing on how to better assist buyers and seller.
I am a warm and caring person who always has the best interest of others at heart, be it my family, my clients, or any person in need. I can’t wait to help make your real estate dreams come true.
