My name is Sean Faircloth and I have lived in the Fayetteville-Hope Mills Area for the past 28 years. I've seen this city grow into the thriving city it has become and that I'm proud of. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers, investors in Grays Creek, Hope Mills, Fayetteville, Raeford, Ft. Bragg, Spring Lake, Stedman, Eastover, and surrounding communities. Our Firm specializes in multi-spoken languages. Other than English we speak Spanish, French and Chinese.
I have an associate's degree and have been with this company for over 4 years. I have successfully run and operated several companies over the last 25 years. I've been in finance, admin, human resources, and management. We can handle anything that you throw our way.
Our company has been assisting wonderful people in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas for over 11 years. In 2022, Our Raeford received the Gold Award for the Firm of the Year for the Greater Carolinas Region and our Fayetteville received the Bronze Award. Also, I was ranked 6th in gross commissions and there were a couple of our agents who also received awards for getting into the top ten. We are growing fast and are looking to expand in the near future.

I was born is Fayetteville, North Carolina but as a small child I moved to Baltimore, Maryland. I moved back when I turned 13. I graduated from South View Senior High School in 1993. After high school I joined the Marines. I was honorably discharged in 1998 and for the next 22 years I drove trucks across the country, run and operated several businesses, and now work and co-own with my beautiful wife, Heather Faircloth, at EXIT.
